An Autumn Celebration

The air has grown crisp rather suddenly and the changes that are passing over our earth lend excitement to our daily life. In the old days, when America was young, celebrating that excitement was tradition... corn husking, barn raising, autumn feasts... and dancing.

Now, with the Bonnie Blue Ball, we have the opportunity to re-create that old fashioned joy, the opportunity to truly celebrate the blessings God has given us, to celebrate each other, and to celebrate our inspiring history, when a gentleman was a gentleman and a lady was lady, when a handshake meant something, when God was a part of everything our country did, and the American people rose to praise him.
